I went to visit Eric in Arizona in February of 2001

 

There was something watching the mountain bike race

 

It was very interested in what was going on

 

This rider was very afriad of the Pawpilope

 

Cacti needles don't seem to bother this Pawpilope who is just chilling...

 

There wasn't just one! They seemed to congregate towards the end of the race - I guess they wanted to know who was going to win (Eric came in 5th)
