Down the road from Tarcoles is Jaco. We rode our bikes (or took the bus) almost every day

 

The Hotel Villa Caletas is a fancy dancy hotel about 1/2 way there. We stopped for a beverage

 

Jaco is a well known area for surfers. Some of the best surfing is here and at Hermosa Beach, a bit further south
